Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept exchanges as these are digital products.. But you can request a refund for your purchased products:

Refunds can only be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed using the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. For purchases made with credit cards, after cancellation, your refund will appear on your next or subsequent statement. The timeframe depends on your statement closing date and the date the order was canceled. This rule applies to both physical and virtual cards.
For payments made via Pix, the amount will be refunded to the original account where the payment was made via Pix.
For payments made via bank slip, you'll need to contact our support team at [email protected], providing the correct account information, such as the bank, branch, and account number, as well as the account holder's full name and CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID). This will allow us to process the refund. The refund process can take up to 5 business days from the requested date.
